When will my order arrive?
- Processing: usually 1–3 calendar days before dispatch.
- Transit: an estimated 5–7 calendar days after dispatch.
- Overall: approximately 6–10 calendar days from order placement.
Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Carrier disruption, customs checks, or severe weather may cause delays.
Duties and import taxes.
Orders to our supported destinations are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cover applicable import duties and import taxes.
If you receive a request to pay these charges, contact us with the notice so we can investigate.
Need to change your address?
Check your address carefully before ordering. If something needs changing, email us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
